How to clean out canon powershot Sd1300 IS lens?

I have a canon powershot sd1300 IS and I had dropped it in water dried it in rice and it works fine will take pictures the only thing is that the lens is foggy and might have some water drops in it. How can I take the lens off so I can clean it?
